With that being said I'll tell you a few cars that are fun to drive, mod and take to the track. Everyone likes hondas... There one of the cheapest to mod but myself I like something different. I had a 2003 sunfire with the Ecotec and I've had a 1995 neon witch honestly was a POS but is the cheapest domistic car I know of to make fast. Good luck.
