How do we find car partial # cx1946 in a state of Kentucky?

Need prejudiced # cx 1946 during the bad price. Limited supports due to economy, need car regulating to keep sucky office that pays. Tried Auto Zone, Car Quest, Pep Boys, Napa, as good as Ford! Really need the part!
