My Pioneer car audio unit, only shuts off upon me all a time. How do we stop this?

I have a Pioneer DEH-P310UB car audio section (cd player). It doesn’t regularly spin upon when a car is started, as well as if it does when we begin regulating a buttons, it only shuts off as well as becomes un-useable. How do we repair this?
