•A test of traffic laws, road signs, and driving safety rules (written or audio) to find out if you know how to legally drive your vehicle.

*your old license or instruction permit, if you have one.
*a licensed driver.
*a vehicle that is safe to drive and displays a front and rear license plate.
I rented a car in San Francisco to take my drivers test, it was a while ago now...

Call the DMV and ask-- they will be able to tell you. Good luck on the test!

I would seriously doubt it. First of all, you have to have a license to get a rental car and usually you have to be 25 years old to rent one due to insurance reasons.

Sorry!

You don't have to have YOUR insurance at the driving test.

You obvousily have been driving... my guess with one of your parents? They have to go to the DMV also, so use the car you've been driving. They don't require you to have insurance, just for your parents to have insurance on the car you'll be driving for the test.

You don't need to buy insurance before the test, because if you don't pass the test.... there would be no point to buy insurance.

... In other words, show up with the car you've been driving with the person who owns the car that has insurance, and you'll be able to take the test. Then afterwards when you have the money, buy a car and insurance.

Sorry for the long response... kind of confusing. Let me know if you have any questions.

You obvousily have been driving… my theory with a single of your parents? They have to go to a DMV also, so operate a car you’ve been driving. They do not need we to have insurance, only for your relatives to have word upon a car you’ll be pushing for a test.

You do not need to buy word prior to a test, since if we do not pass a test…. there would be no indicate to buy insurance.

… In alternative words, uncover up with a car you’ve been pushing with a chairman who owns a car which has insurance, as well as you’ll be means to take a test. Then thereafter when we have a money, buy a car as well as insurance.

Check with your local rental companies. In most cases the contract prohibits unlicensed operators from driving the vehicle under any circumstances. This would mean that no, you could not rent a car to take your driving test in.

On another note, even if you did rent the car to take the test in, how would you legally get it to the testing center for the road test?

You would be far better off taking the test in the vehicle you practiced in, you are already familiar with the layout of the dashboard and controls!

Check with your internal let companies. In many cases a stipulate prohibits unlawful operators from pushing a car underneath any circumstances. This would meant which no, we could not lease a car to take your pushing exam in.

On an additional note, even if we did lease a car to take a exam in, how would we legally get it to a contrast core for a highway test?

You would be distant improved off receiving a exam in a car we used in, we have been already informed with a blueprint of a dashboard as well as controls!
