Hi we live in California as well as my subject is can i buy a car from someone upon craigslist if im usually seventeen as well as have a drivers permit? additionally can i register it underneath my name as well as stuff? i do not devise upon pushing it as well as insuring it until i get my driver’s permit though i wish to buy a car now. If i can what would be a process?

I do not know about California. In Ontario this is legal. Anyone can buy the car in Ontario though the drivers license….it was brought up when the fifteen year aged crashed as well as severely harmed himself as well as dual womanlike friends. He didn’t have the license, though it was his car.
