Can any one discuss it me how to buy the car with online payments?

Since we am not from US, we can usually buy cars but loan.That equates to we can usually compensate by credit card. There is no sufficient financial in my CC thus we need my mother to compensate it for me. Can any one greatfully discuss it me where we can do the squeeze movement online with credit card?
